Hello,
We use podman version 4.9.5 on SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP7
to test our own application software in different version and with
different PostgreSQL DBS versions. We have some 6 containers which
get started (and killed) from time to time for this purpose.
Looking into the used disk space mostly below ~cups/.local I see the
following picture:
# du -sh /home/cups/.local
241G /home/cups/.local
# find -L /home/cups/.local/share/containers/ -type f 2>/dev/null | wc -l
3178036
# find -L /home/cups/.local/share/containers/ -type f -mtime +365 2>/dev/null | wc -l
2619300
The used disk space of 241G and that 2619300 of 3178036 are older than a
year let me think, that they are "old man garbage".
Questions:
1)
Is this a normal picture?
2)
How could I remove old dust without damaging the containers?
Thanks
matthias
