used disk space from older container runs
Hello, We use podman version 4.9.5 on SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP7 to test our own application software in different version and with different PostgreSQL DBS versions. We have some 6 containers which get started (and killed) from time to time for this purpose. Looking into the used disk space mostly below ~cups/.local I see the following picture: # du -sh /home/cups/.local 241G /home/cups/.local # find -L /home/cups/.local/share/containers/ -type f 2>/dev/null | wc -l 3178036 # find -L /home/cups/.local/share/containers/ -type f -mtime +365 2>/dev/null | wc -l 2619300 The used disk space of 241G and that 2619300 of 3178036 are older than a year let me think, that they are "old man garbage". Questions: 1) Is this a normal picture? 2) How could I remove old dust without damaging the containers?
