[Podman] demo: slurm-container-cluster

Here is a project to run Slurm with Podman containers that I just released: https://github.com/eriksjolund/slurm-container-cluster It can create a Slurm cluster over ssh with the help of norouter and sshocker. The project was forked from https://github.com/giovtorres/slurm-docker-cluster I also made a tweet: https://twitter.com/eriksjolundcomp/status/1327639027814686720 I thought it might be interesting to any Slurm users on this mailing list.
