Personally I'd prefer the IRC route on a two week cycle or at most every
month. A once a quarter video meeting in addition would be great in my
book.
I do share Brent's concern about using Podman's IRC channel as it has a
lot of traffic already. That's great that it's busy, but it's hard to
track meeting comments if non-related comments are coming in too. I'd
suggest grabbing a new channel just for the meeting, or use the
containers channel which is a lot quieter.
