I couldn't get it to work from my dev site either, which I believe is the
same problem:
Brent pointed me toward CORS and I'm pretty sure that's what it is.

I've played a bit, and it's making a little more sense to my noggin. If
you use the full link that you sent earlier:
https://podman.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html
and the click on the "Reference" link, then things go nuts.
However, if you use either
https://podman.readthedocs.io or
https://docs.podman.io then things work just fine when you hit the
"Reference" link.
I'm not able to quickly find anything to toggle to make the first link
work as expected, other than to not hand out that as a link.
