[Podman] podman on rhel8 version 1.0.3 why so old ?

just installed fresh rhel8 and install podman .
[vagrant@rhel8 ~]$ sudo podman version
Version: 1.0.3
Go Version: go1.11.5
OS/Arch: linux/amd64
why podman here is so old ?
[vagrant@rhel8 ~]$ sudo subscription-manager list
