The podman-docker package exists on Fedora, CentOS and RHEL but not on
other distributions. If you want it in Debian, I suggest reaching out to
the Debian folks.
If you have a tool talking to a Docker socket, you can point it to the
Podman socket instead. Many tools use the DOCKER_HOST environment variable
to point to a socket, which may be an option in your use case.
