ah, so under podman, the .dockerignore file should still reflect
what the image builder wants to identify as files/dirs that cannot
play any part in the image construction, yes?
will there be a generic version of this file that also drops the
"docker" appellation ... perhaps ".contextignore"?
".buildignore"?

I don't think we do this yet, but the name we would use would be
.containerignore
Since we are changing references from Docker->Container as in
Dockerfile->Containerfile
