[Buildah] run GUI app inside container

Can I install an Linux app in a buildah container, that when launched runs a GUI, and have that GUI displayed on the host OS/desktop? Any instructions/examples on how to do this would be helpful. For starters, the chrome browser for example. - Host OS: RHEL 8.x - buildah container: running latest RHEL UBI 8.x
