When I execute "podman info", there is error output.
But when I execute "/export/home/rsync/.local/container/sbin/runc --version", it
runs right.

Thanks for reaching out.
As mentioned in another thread, the only supported Podman version on CentOS
7 is v1.6.4. Using Podman v4.x on such an old system will not work in many
cases.
