I am generating images using buildah and pushing them to harbor
registry. Then I am pulling them with docker (successfully). I wanted to
avoid push/pull stage when docker runs on same vm as buildah. But it
does not work. I tried it on rockylinux 9 and on debian/testing with
same error. strace was taken on debian/testing.
