[Podman] podman build --secret does not behave the same as docker

Hi, I tried to use the *--secret* flag in docker as documented here: https://docs.docker.com/develop/develop-images/build_enhancements/ https://docs.docker.com/engine/reference/commandline/build/#options When I tried it in podman, it didn't work.
