[Podman] "man podman {image,container} exists" suggests need for "sudo"

both of: $ man podman-image-exists ... $ man podman-container-exists ... display example usage that uses "sudo" ... is there actually a need for that? seems to work fine without; i can submit PR to remove the references to sudo. rday -- ======================================================================== Robert P.
