ERRO[0000] stat /tmp/22359: no such file or directory
I have set "XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=/tmp/22359". But when I run "podman images", there is error "ERRO[0000] stat /tmp/22359: no such file or directory".

You need to create the directory, since Podman will attempt to write under it.

Some directory it will create automatically. Such as "~/rundir", though I set it to "/tmp/containers-user-1253". This setting set by XDG_RUNTIME_DIR.
