We recently improved the error message to be more helpful ( https://github.com/containers/podman/pull/15197). Try running `podman ps --external` which will list non-podman containers. Most likely, a `podman build` got killed on the machine and a so-called "build container" using this image is still running. Kind regards, Valentin
