[Podman] Signing Podman for Mac

Hi all, If anyone has experience with signing Mac apps with Apple Developer ID, we would love your help and expertise on signing Podman-remote for Mac. We have an issue open <https://github.com/containers/podman/issues/8314>, please feel free to drop a comment there on any part of the signing process; it'd be a great help. Thanks all! Ashley Cui
