Probably. Though, I believe we've added a workaround for this - you can enter the rootless user namespace with `podman unshare` and in it you should be able to mount the container.
i'd sort of teased that out following a couple links, but that should still be in the man page, even if briefly with a warning and reference to "podman unshare". rday
