That error looks like you've got an old/deleted COPR, and a repo called 'shiftkey' which aren't accessible. Probably the easiest thing to do is just find the corresponding config files in /etc/yum.repos.d/ and move (or remove) them. For COPR repos, you can disable them with: $ sudo dnf copr disable <name>
