[Podman] Installation & First Pull

Hey - noob here. I installed podman ( and podman desktop ) on windows 10 OS Build 19044.3208. & WSL. I can manage the podman machine ( stop / start ) and login to the podman machine successfully with ssh. I enabled --log-level=debug see no issues. I've added the proxies and registry authentication ( and reviewed the auth.json / registry.json ) files - I can see both files being read during operations. ( like pull. the issue i have is PULL times out. From the debug log, I see "https://quay.io/v2/"; proxyconnect tcp, i/o timeout. The podman installation and first PULL seems super easy. I think I simply missed opening a port, or something? Any help is appreciated. thank you Jim
