[Podman] flaky slirp4netns - tweak it?

Hi guys. I have a container which "suffers" from quite inacceptable link quality to host's iface - container apps timeout often - but that "same" container (in both cases in a pod) when rootful and on cni works apparently perfectly, certainly does not see issues rootless sees.
