We plan to move all the control plane instances to a new cloud provided
by Vexxhost on 2020-03-24 13:00 UTC.
Major services interruption is expected during that day, including:
* Zuul CI not running jobs for github or opendev.

The migration is now completed, the new DNS have been updated and all
services should be working as usual.
If you find any issue, please let us know and we will try to fix it as
soon as possible.
