Summary
Email list to be used to send violations of the Containers Code of Conduct Policy
When a Code of Conduct violation is reported to a project in the Containers Organization on GitHub (https://github.com/containers), this email distribution list will be used by the reporter. It will go in as a "Held message", so an administrator must forward it. The group on the list can then discuss the issue among themselves if they wish and then reply to both the list and the reporter with the decision.
With luck, this email will be hit mostly by SPAM and not real issues.
