Podman Desktop 1.2.1 does not yet provide the upgrade to Podman 4.6. This will be available with Podman Desktop 1.3.0: https://github.com/containers/podman-desktop/pull/3306

If you want to test the upcoming version, you can get the latest build here: https://github.com/containers/podman-desktop/releases and downloading the asset you need from the release.
