We are happy to announce that Podman v4.5 is now available! Release announcement with the details here: https://blog.podman.io/2023/04/new-release-podman-v4-5/ . A number of improvements to `podman kube`, quadlet, a new command: `podman machine os apply`, and more.

It is already available in the stable repositories for Fedora 37, 38 and rawhide and should be making its way into other distributions soon.
