Harish,
Welcome! It helps to think of things more generically. Here is the 1-2-3 of how I prefer to explain it. Container images are generic and follow one of two standards. Container images can be built or pulled (downloaded) from a container registry. The docker hub you refer to is a container image registry. Those images can be run by Podman, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. I hope the explanation helps.

Hi All,
I am new to podman. Pardon if this question is an obvious one.
To pull docker images, we go to docker registry / hub : https://hub.docker.com
Is there a podman registry or hub where we could find all the podman images?
If there is no special registry or hub, what is the reason for that?
Thank You
