We're at a place where Podman 4.X is in RC testing, you can get the latest version in Fedora or build it [1]. The plan is to release Podman 4.X in RHEL 8.6/9.0 GA. Fedora "might" land quicker. It "looks" like Podman 4.X could drop about a month earlier in Fedora [2], but somebody in closer to Fedora development would know better than me.
