Both Rootfull and Rootless networking are OK. For the "combined" networking, Rootfull server publishing to the host port 8080 and Rootless client the following detail relevant for every VM with non-fixed IP should be taken into account: VM has /etc/hosts file where both VM IPV4 and IPV6 addresses are defined as "localhost". Curl localhost:8080 from the rootless container will work. Does somebody think about IPV6 scenario? In some countries, some areas ISPs are enforced to deploy IPV6 stack by every customer demand.
