Okay...sheesh it's been a long few weeks. The persistent `main` failure
is an issue on the Cirrus-CI side being worked. We also have a
workaround (basically) ready to go in:

The issue on `multiarch` should be fixed on the next execution by this
merging (just now):
https://github.com/containers/podman/pull/14437
The `v3.0.1-rhel` and `v3.2.3-rhel` and various other release-branch
failures I've been ignoring. A few that I poked at looked like flakes,
a few were that damn "bud build-multiarch-parallel" (?spelling) test
flake (known).
