Hello from the Podman Desktop team!
My name is Conor Cowman and I am working with Máirín Duffy (cc'ed) on Podman Desktop's user experience (UX.) We are running an informal user research study and are looking to talk with developers who use Kubernetes to get a better understanding of their container to Kubernetes workflows. Would you be willing to join our study?
Participating in this would involve a 30-minute commitment to chatting with us either over video call or over chat (Gchat, matrix, Slack, etc) - whichever you prefer! We’ll be asking you some questions about how you are currently using Kubernetes, how it fits into your broader development workflows, how you like to use it, and any issues you may have. We’ll also be asking you if you have any Podman / Podman Desktop specific items on your wishlist for Kubernetes integration.
In conducting this research, we hope to deepen our understanding of the general Kubernetes-related developer workflows and refine our integration of Kubernetes within Podman Desktop [1].
If you are not a developer or do not interact with Kubernetes yourself, but know any developers who use Kubernetes that you think would be interested in talking with us, please don’t hesitate to share this with them. We’d love to talk with them and we’d really appreciate you spreading the word!
